Edward A. Winiarski, wears many hats as husband, father, industrial engineer and entrepreneur. As Industrial Engineer, has over twenty years experience in manufacturing management, specializing in the electronics industry. Ed formed a small contract manufacturing business in 1988. It evolved into a successful multi-million dollar enterprise with both government agencies and commercial firms among his valued clientele.

During 1999, Ed purchased a second corporate entity as the Managing Partner. He reversed the negative sales trend, diversified its product line, and established a corporate identity with brand name for a national market. "Our philosophy is growth, challenge and fun to make a national product company. Integration of our technologies improving operations and our continuing customer satisfaction, would not be achieved without the intelligent and dedicated team at OAS."

Rich Zingel
Senior Electrical Engineer
Rich Zingel, BSEE, MSEE, has been a project engineer at OAS from 1991, subsequent to completing a co-op education from Syracuse University at OAS. Rich has provided the engineering design for the Heat Computer, including all software, hardware, and ASIC code.

Rich holds a patent (US patent number 5,351,725) for a liquid height measurement system for oil tanks. Rich’s responsibilities include all customer inter-action and complete project management from concept to delivery.
